stuffed eggplant  roasted eggplant stuffed with bulgur pilaf, caramelized onion, bell pepper & raisins, finished with myzithra cheese and tahini yogurt

grilled chicken souvlaki  breast marinated with lemon, oregano, garlic & olive oil, skewered with peppers & sweet onion, served over bulghur pilaf with lemon yogurt sauce

lamb & pita  coffee-rubbed lamb leg, braised and pulled, served on grilled pita with caramelized fennel, shaved radish, cucumber, fresh herbs, yogurt and mint jam
