We can offer a number of options to house your event, onsite at our downtown location or offsite at yours.
TOPO'S 403
Topo's 403, located at 403 North Walnut Street, houses our events space. The building is a beautifully restored historic building in downtown Bloomington, Indiana.
The main level dining rooms and cocktail bar can accommodate up to 75 seated guests or 150 for a reception. Rental of the entire facility is available and may accommodate to to 250 people.
MAIN LEVEL
The main level includes the grand entry and beautiful central bar, four separate and interconnected dining rooms, two restrooms, access to the Walnut Street Patio, as well our intimate Anniversary Room. Design features include 10-foot original windows and 15-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, crystal and blown glass chandeliers, cast iron fireplaces, and vintage and contemporary artwork by notable local artists.
Accommodates up to 75 seated and 150 reception.
WALNUT STREET PATIO
The private and spacious Walnut Street Patio features seating for up to 100 guests or reception space for 200, under beautiful bistro lighting and patio heaters. We also feature a spit barbecue and our living herb gardens. The patio may also be tented with heat or air conditioning in case of inclement weather.
UPSTAIRS PRIVATE DINING & MEETINGS
The upstairs private dining level is three interconnected dining rooms that can accommodate groups of 8 to 80 and has it’s own large separate unisex bathroom. There is also an exclusive screened balcony with exquisite views over the Courthouse Square. Because the building is over 100 years old, it is not handicapped accessible.
FULL BUILDING RENTAL
The entire building is available to accommodate up to 250 guests inside. The Walnut Street Patio can add up to an additional 100-200. There is additional space available on the property for tenting and staging if necessary for larger events. There is a small private parking lot behind the building with handicapped access to the main level. Ample street parking (both metered and un-metered) surrounds the building. The City parking garage caddy-corner to our entrance on 8th & Walnut can also be reserved for private or valet parking if desired.
